OHIO BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES DISPOSAL PRACTICES QUESTIONED – AGAIN
A Columbus, OH-based 10TV-WBNS investigation posted to its website on April 23rd found that the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles continues to allow Social Security numbers, birthdates, driver’s license numbers, photos and vehicle information to be casually discarded in a manner that puts them at risk. According to the report, the problem has exposed hundreds of Ohioans to the possibility of identity theft….
