Beginning September 1, SecurShred will transition to automatic electronic payments for all customers using either ACH (preferred) or credit card. While this is a change in how invoices are paid, it’s one designed to make billing more secure, more efficient, and more reliable for both our customers and our team.

Paper checks have become an increasingly attractive target for criminals. Check fraud continues to rise across the United States, with thieves intercepting mail, altering checks, and creating convincing counterfeits.

By moving to electronic payments, you’re helping protect your business from these unnecessary risks. ACH and secure online credit card processing provide encrypted payment methods that are far less vulnerable than paper checks traveling through the mail.

Visit the SecurShred website and click “Pay Bill Online” at the top of the page.

Each emailed invoice includes a convenient “Click to Pay” button that takes you directly to our secure payment portal.

When paying online, you can choose to securely save your payment information for future use. If you select ACH, you’ll also have the option to authorize automatic withdrawals for future invoices, making payments completely hands-free.

Moving away from paper checks isn’t simply about convenience. It’s about improving security, reducing costs, and streamlining the payment process for everyone involved.
