If you’re a SecurShred customer, you may notice something different after your next service: your Certificate of Destruction (COD) will now arrive electronically by email.

What isn’t changing is the important part.

You will still receive a Certificate of Destruction after each service.

Moving to electronic delivery makes it easier to receive, save and retrieve this important documentation. Instead of another piece of paper to file away, your COD can be stored electronically alongside your other business records.

We Need Your Current Email Address

To make sure you continue receiving your COD without interruption, please confirm that the email address we have on file is current and correct.

Our new system can send the Certificate of Destruction to one email address. For many customers, that will be the same email address currently associated with billing and invoices.

If your COD should be sent to a different person or department, just let us know.
